Load-Out, Night Must Fall

Help us tear down and load-out the set, props, front-of-house items, etc. for Night Must Fall.

PLEASE NOTE: We don't ask that you stay the entire time scheduled here (6 hours). Any amount of time within the 4:30 - 10:30 pm time frame is appreciated!

I have a truck/trailer or truck with a trailer hitch (Valley Players has an extra trailer) that can handle 8 x 4 foot platforms.
Start Time: 4:30 pm
End Time: 10:30 pm

We have a number of platforms and flats, as well as trusses and pipes for lighting that will need to be loaded up and taken from the Community Center after 4pm and taken to our storage unit on Devlin Road or a location on Imola Ave., both in Napa. Tear down starts as soon as the performance finishes. Actual end time is whenever we finish!

I can't transport anything, but will help at the Community Center

At the Community Center, we will be loading vehicles, removing command hooks and drapes, taking down the lighting grid and lights, dis-assembling some set pieces, etc. after 4pm and taken to our storage unit on Devlin Road or a location on Imola Ave., both in Napa. Tear down starts as soon as the performance finishes. Actual end time is whenever we finish loading the vehicles!
