Richard Pallaziol has worked in theatre for more than four decades as an actor, director, dancer, fight choreographer, and dramaturg. His professional experience spans more than 400 productions across a wide range of styles and venues.
As founder of Weapons of Choice, he oversaw what became, at its height, the largest provider of stage combat weaponry in the United States, and still provides instruction through his online textbook and instructional videos.
His work includes directing text-driven productions, structural script analysis, and practical production evaluation. His involvement with new plays has included development and production collaboration on nine original works.
At Valley Players, he leads the script evaluation process and is committed to providing clear, rigorous, and constructive feedback to submitting playwrights.
