Saturday, July 27, 2 – 5 pm. Callbacks, July 28, 2 – 5 pm. Both at the Napa Valley Performing Arts Center at Lincoln Theater (100 California Dr., Yountville, CA 94599). If you cannot make the Saturday audition date, please contact the director, Richard Pallaziol for potential alternatives.

Non-AEA. No Pay. 4W, 2M.

Performances: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, October 4 – 13 at the Napa Valley Performing Arts Center at Lincoln Theater. Be prepared to cold read from the script. If you are more comfortable doing a monologue, please feel free to show us what you’ve got!

Parking and entry for Auditions at the Lincoln Theater.

For those who haven’t been to the Lincoln theater before, take the Veteran’s Home exit off of Highway 29 in Yountville and follow California Drive to the Veteran’s Home. Turn right at the stop sign at the end of California Drive. Parking will be on your right just past the Napa Valley Museum. Please use the performers’ entrance to the left where the sidewalk meets the round-about! Use the Performers’ Entrance (see map). We’ll be waiting to give you directions from there!

SYNOPSIS

Thelma and Louise meets The First Wives Club in this fun and flirtatious comedy. Divorcées Mary and Jo are suspicious of their friend Liz’s new dentist boyfriend. He’s not just a weirdo; he may be a serial killer! After all, his hygienist just disappeared. Trading their wine glasses for spy glasses, imaginations run wild as the ladies try to discover the truth and save their friend in a hilarious off-road adventure.

CAST OF CHARACTERS

Mary (F) Divorced librarian, motherly.

Jo (F) Divorced publicist, sardonic – Mary’s lifelong best friend

Liz (F) Divorced director of admissions, man-hungry, Mary’s other lifelong best friend

Amanda (F) Liz’s daughter, college student, SAT scores in the single digits, but quickly cuts through the crap

Trenner (M) College age snowboarder, slacker, sweet but not the brightest bulb in the marquee

The following two roles are played by the same actor:

Jackson (M) Liz’s new boyfriend, creepy
Sponsullar (M) By the book (somewhat) officious police sergeant.
